Instructions

1) Place 3 tablespoons of mix into your favorite mug

2) Bring 1 cup (8 ounces) of half n half, milk, or any non-dairy option you like (soy, almond, oat, water, etc) to just under a boil, small bubbles will form on the side of the pan and you should see steam.

3) Pour into mug and stir well!

Cafe Style: to make that super thick drinking chocolate at home. Reduce the milk of your choice to a 1/2 cup (4 oz) or 3/4 cup (6oz)
