65% Vietnamese Dark Chocolate with Orange peel, Earl Grey Tea, and Spearmint
Nothing like sitting on the back porch with a refreshing glass of iced tea. This bar was inspired by one of my favorite cobination Earl Grey and mint. 65% Dark chocolate is slightly sweet with added orange peel, to boost the Earl Grey tea which brings in suble floral notes to the orange. Spearmint is then added for its milder and more fruity notes. A refreshing blend of orange and mint with added complexity and depth from the cacao.
ingredients: Vietnam Tien Giang cacao, organic cane sugar , organic cocoa butter , organic orange peel , earl grey tea (black tea, oil of bergamot), organic spearmint
